Concrete pavement repairs to begin on Breckenridge Lane | Transportation
LOUISVILLE, KY - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office advises motorists of upcoming concrete pavement repairs on KY 1932 (Breckenridge Lane) in Jefferson County.
Contract crews will begin work this week to replace some deteriorated sections of concrete and diamond grind the pavement between Hillbrook Drive and Dutchmans Lane (mile points 3.2 and 3.8).
Construction starts this weekend with KY 1932 reduced to one lane in each direction from 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10 until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, May 13.
Throughout the project lane closures are possible weeknights from 7:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. the following morning and on weekends from 7:00 p.m. on Fridays until 6:00 a.m. on Mondays.
The W.L. Harper Company was awarded the contract for this project in the amount of $276,549. The contract completion date is September 30, 2013.
