Witnesses: Man exposed himself to dancers | News
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Metro police have arrested a man after they said he exposed himself in public.
Investigators said Walter Johnson was banging on the windows at the Louisville Ballet Company on East Main Street in Louisville. Then witnesses said he exposed his privates in full view of the dancers inside.
Johnson is charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and harassment.
