Man accused of assaulting ex-girlfriend | News
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville man is facing charged after he allegedly led police on a chase and held his ex-girlfriend against her will.
Police said David Finley, 42, led then on a chase with his ex along for the ride. Finley parked the car behind a home hoping to avoid being arrested. That is when police said he grabbed his ex-girlfriend by the throat and threatened to kill her family if she called police.
Finley was later arrested and charged with assault and unlawful imprisonment.
