Police: Man admitted to raping cousin | News
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Metro police arrested a man for allegedly raping his 15-year-old cousin.
Police said Thomas Jackson, 28, admitted to committing rape on three separate occasions and that he knew his cousin was just 15 years old.
Jackson is facing three charges of rape.
