Proposal to add nutrition info to Louisville menus | News
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Have you ever wondered about the nutritional value of the food you were about to eat at a Louisville restaurant?
A proposed ordinance could fix that.
Metro Council President Jim King and Councilwoman Vicki Aubrey Welch want to make it easy for customers to know the calories or fat grams in what they order.
The ordinance would require restaurants that have calorie and other nutrition information available on their website to post the information on their menus.
