Back to school events for JCPS students | Events

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Jefferson County Public School students have a little less than two weeks left of summer.

Details of two important events for students were released on Wednesday.

The first is for English as a Second Language students going to Fairdale Elementary School. This Friday, kids can meet with their teachers at the Americana Community Center on Southside Drive between 12:30 and 2:30. Call 485-8247 for more information.

Then on Saturday, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., there is a back to school festival at T.J. Middle School. You will get school supplies and backpacks plus get info on tutoring services.
