Owen kicks off 2013 “Talk with Tom” events on Saturday, January 26th | Events

LOUISVILLE, KY - District 8 residents are invited to start the New Year off over a cup of coffee and have a chance to talk with Councilman Tom Owen about what’s going on in their neighborhood. The first “Talk with Tom” for the year is set for Saturday, January 26th at Heine Brothers Coffee, 3600 Bardstown Road at the Gardiner Lane Shopping Center from 9:00am until 11:00am.

“With the beginning of a new year, I am sure there may be some new issues people would like to talk about so I want people to come out,” says Owen.  “No pressure and no formal agenda, just simple conversation.”
The Councilman sponsors “Talk with Tom” once a month as a way of making himself available to the people of the district who may not have an opportunity to come downtown during the week.. There is no sign up required.
